ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of work environment on employee turnover intentions. The study used Nigerian breweries Plc, Sang183361992o Ota, Ogun state. The main objective was to examine the impact of work environment on employee turnover intentions. The research methodology, used is a descriptive survey method adopted to achieve the research objectives. The target population was permanent and temporary staffs working in the organisation named above. The sample size of 120 employees was selected for the study. The data was collected using a well structured questionnaire and the hypotheses of the study were tested using Pearson’s correlation. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between work environment and employee turnover intention. The research recommends that organisation should focus initially on achieving a good working environment without high stress levels and with perceptions of appreciation by management and a lack of threats at work.
